M-Logic, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Production Support – Equity Derivatives in NYC.

This full-time role is hybrid (50%), offering base salary in the six-figure range and exposure to front-office systems critical to trade capture, risk, and P&L attribution. You will provide tiered support for front office equity derivatives platforms, troubleshoot in real time, collaborate with development teams, and manage end-of-day risk processes, releases, and DR/BCP planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trade floor or related front office support.
• Experience supporting Equity Derivatives lifecycle.
• BS in CS, IS, or Engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management systems.
• Proficient SQL and scripting; UNIX/Windows skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of Front Office Equity Derivatives application support.
• Troubleshoot Trading and Risk apps in real time.
• Collaborate with development teams on requirements gathering and systems development.
• Support End-Of-Day processes for a complex Risk system.
• Own issues and follow up to completion with stakeholders.
• Utilize ServiceNow to log incidents and manage releases.
• Track issues and prioritize workload.
• Manage releases, deployments and DR/BCP.
• Handle user queries with deep analysis of systems.
• Automate tasks to reduce toil.
