Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office/Customer Service professional to greet visitors, answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide essential administrative support to the office, sales, and production teams.

The role requires no degree, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent phone etiquette, and strong organizational and communication skills. Competitive pay is $20 per hour with benefits and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments.
• Manage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM.
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
• Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department.
• Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills.
