• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred for diverse NM communities.
• Minimum two years in a behavioral health, medical, or healthcare front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Coordinate scheduling, intake interviews, and insurance verification.
• Assist with enrollment, forms, and authorizations for clients.
• Process referrals and maintain front desk workflow with provider calendars.
