Job summary

Talentify is seeking a friendly receptionist for our insurance team in Los Lunas, NM. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, greeting visitors, and supporting daily office operations. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable discussing insurance options with clients.

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is helpful, and basic computer skills are required. Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
