Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
Monday - Friday: 8AM - PM
Saturday: 8AM - 1PM
*Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
At least 2 years of front office experience required
Polish speaking required
Greeting and welcoming patients into the practice
Ability to check in and check out patients
Answer incoming phone calls with the best customer service
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduled appointments
Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date with recent treatments and procedures
Assisting patients with filling out forms
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work well with a team and possess a positive, friendly personality
