Qualifications

  • 1+ year of dental front desk experience.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

  • Basic understanding of dental insurance.
  • Proficiency with computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
