Office Coordinator / Receptionist

Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) | Contract-to-Hire | $27.00 per hour

Position Overview

Our client, a leading financial services organization based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a polished and professional Office Coordinator / Receptionist to support their growing office operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional front-desk experience while managing a variety of administrative and office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, and exceptionally organized; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for front desk and office inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance; coordinate orders as needed.
  • Coordinate interview and meeting schedules, ensuring smooth visitor flow.
  • Support internal departments with administrative and logistical needs.
  • Assist in organizing on-site meetings, lunches, and company events.
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Liaise with building management for facility-related matters.
Qualifications
