Job Responsibilities:

• Greets patients and visitors, providing courteous, caring, and professional assistance to all individuals encountering the office.
• Answers patient and visitor questions providing non-medical information and/or directs to appropriate person or department.
• Assists in all accountability needs and helps maintain accurate records and files.
• Works to enter correct and thorough information on all patients to ensure appropriate communication and standards are being met.
• Collects and manages payments.
• Works within a team and individually to ensure appropriate communication and standards are being met.
