We are dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support recovery. Our outpatient clinics are located across several states, serving over 26,500 patients.

Day in the Life of a Front Office Assistant
  • Provide excellent customer service during patient check-in, payments, and daily operations.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a high-quality experience.
  • Guide new patients through their intake process.
  • Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
  • Maintain daily financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intakes.
  • Provide clerical and logistical support.
  • Manage patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
Hours, Schedule, and Travel

Flexibility to support weekends and evenings is expected. The role offers 37-40 hours per week.
