Ann Arbor Public Schools is seeking an Office Professional at Scarlett Middle School to provide essential clerical support, greet visitors, and manage phone lines while helping with enrollments and maintaining confidential student records in line with district policies.
The role is a 1.0 FTE, on-site position requiring familiarity with Mac/PC, PowerSchool and Microsoft Office, with bilingual Spanish a plus. Strong teamwork and accuracy are valued in a busy school office environment.
Responsible for performing clerical support and other office duties in the school, maintaining confidentiality of academic, health, and special education information.
