Job summary

Hyatt Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Front Office Agent (Part Time) to warmly greet guests, check them in, and communicate hotel services and promotions. You will process payments, assist with luggage, and be the face of Hyatt at the front desk.

This hourly role requires a genuine desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment, with strong verbal and written communication, the stamina to stand for long periods, and weekend/holiday availability.

Summary

Starts at $20/hour

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires assisting with luggage and occasionally cars. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
