Royal Palms Resort and Spa, a Hyatt-affiliated hotel, is seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson to maintain cleanliness across the property. The role requires the ability to work outdoors on a large estate and to lift and move moderate weights, with strong communication skills essential for a fast-paced environment.

Shifts typically run Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:30pm and Sat-Sun 8:30am–5:00pm, with benefits including free employee meals and hotel room discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet throughout shift.
• Must be outdoors on and off throughout shifts on large property.
• Ability to lift/pull/push a moderate amount of weight.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers soiled linen, garbage, and deposits in respective areas.
• Delivers housekeeping deliveries to housekeeping storage.
• Strip beds and rooms after guest departures.
• Delivers linen to housekeeping supply areas and removes trash and dirty linen from carts.

The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, push, and carry a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position. Must be able to work outside

• Gathers soiled linen, garbage, and deposits in respective areas.
• Delivers hskp deliveries to hskp storage
• Strip beds and rooms after guest departures
• Delivers linen to hskp RA throughout the day and removes the trash and dirty linen from cart

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand on feet throughout shift
• Must be able to be outdoors on and off throughout shifts (our hotel is spread out on a large amount of property)
• Must be able to lift/pull/push a moderate amount of weight
• Must be able to work 8 am - 4:30 pm during week and 8:30 am - 5 pm during weekends
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred
