Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix is seeking a Spa Coordinator (Part-time) to provide exceptional hospitality, welcome guests, and promote spa services. The role includes recommending and scheduling treatments, handling retail sales and payments, and ensuring the spa areas, including locker rooms, stay clean.

A high standard of service and multitasking ability are required. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and prior spa or hotel experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move for an 8 hour shift.

A Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting hospitality at the highest level at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. As part of this job, this individual is required to demonstrate good conversational and computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Primary responsibilities include recommending and scheduling treatments, retail sales, payment processing and maintaining the cleanliness of all spa areas including men’s and women’s locker rooms. This individual must be able to handle situations with the utmost confidence, grace and empathy.

Qualifications

• High end customer service experience preferred
