Job summary

Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is seeking an Andaz Front Office Host to welcome guests at check-in and assist with hotel services and promotions.

You will deliver high-end guest service, communicate offerings, process payments when needed, and respond to inquiries. Flexibility is required to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guest experience. This visible role offers opportunities to learn hospitality skills within Hyatt's global brand.

Andaz Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
