Hyatt Hotels Corporation invites applications for a Lobby Ambassador at our Scottsdale resort to greet guests, share information about amenities, and guide them to their destinations. You will collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive service, personalized attention, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, including VIPs and loyalty members.

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, dining outlets, events, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with directions to guest rooms, meeting spaces, restaurants, recreational facilities, and nearby destinations.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Answer guest questions and resolve minor concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service.
• Monitor lobby areas to maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment.
• Recognize VIPs, loyalty program members, and special occasions to deliver personalized service.
• Provide recommendations for local restaurants, transportation options, shopping, and entertainment.
• Support hotel initiatives aimed at increasing guest service scores and loyalty.
• Collaborating with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and Food & Beverage to handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring follow-through and timely resolution.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and work in indoor and outdoor guest-facing environments as needed.
