Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows seeks Front Office Hosts to welcome guests, register them efficiently, and communicate hotel services and promotions. This on-site role at the Scottsdale property requires polished customer service, clear communication, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Candidates should have open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and industry-leading training in a luxury hospitality

Andaz Front Office Hosts

are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
