Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is seeking a Spa Receptionist & Attendant to join our tranquil spa team. You will schedule treatments and resort activities, register guests, process payments, and recommend products to guests while maintaining a calm, guest-focused atmosphere.

Refined communication skills.
Basic computer skills and comfort with hotel systems.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods, indoors and outdoors.

Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Experience in hospitality or spa settings preferred.

Spa Receptionist & Attendant hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while promoting wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling spa treatments/resort activities, guest registration, processing payments, making product/treatment recommendations and maintaining a clean and fully stocked spa. This role cares for guests throughout the duration of their spa visit and serves as the final point of contact. Housekeeping and Food/Beverage Service are essential functions of this role, within the spa and outside pool. Guest’s privacy and discretion are of importance within this position.
