Job summary

Destination by Hyatt Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont is seeking a Security Agent to oversee the safety of guests and staff. You will follow established security procedures and complete incident reports as required, with duties on the 2nd or 3rd shifts.

The role offers hourly pay between $22 and $26, plus benefits such as PTO, health coverage after 30 days, a Winter ski pass, Summer golf membership, and complimentary/discounted Hyatt stays, plus 401(k) matching and onsite fitness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and overnights as needed.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Security Agent to join our team at Spruce Peak!

The Security Agent is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This position will be responsible for the 2nd or 3rd shifts on the property.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours

Hours: Overnight Position. Must be albe to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
