Join Our Team as a Front Desk Host at Hyatt Scottsdale Resort

Starting Rate: $18.50 per hour, plus 20% commission on upsells and a pay-for-performance plan.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Primarily serve as Host at the Front Desk, participating in all areas of Front Office including Guest Services and the Grand Club.
2. Assist with guest account settlements, luggage handling, and communication of hotel services and promotions.
3. Provide guests with information about local attractions and restaurants in Scottsdale.
4. Answer guest phone calls and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience required.
