Job summary

Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Convention Center is seeking a Front Office Associate to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and communicate hotel services. You’ll be the face of Hyatt at the desk, creating a positive first impression in a fast-paced setting and supporting a busy lobby area.

This role emphasizes guest service, payment processing, and responding to inquiries, with PM/afternoon shifts (3 PM–11 PM).

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you! This position will primarily be PM /afternoon shifts 3 PM - 11PM.
