Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Nashville is seeking a warm, welcoming Front Office Agent to ensure guests have a relaxing and effortless experience from arrival to departure and throughout their stay.

You'll greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer questions, and reflect the brand’s focus on impeccable service while thriving in a 24-hour operation with a collaborative team. Previous guest service experience is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Experience in front desk or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at check-in and check-out with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide impeccable guest service throughout the stay and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team in daily front office operations and coordinate with other hotel departments.

About You...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
