Starwood Hotels invites you to join our front desk team in Miami as a Front Desk Agent, delivering warm hospitality and seamless arrivals and departures. You’ll be the first impression for guests and a key part of our service-driven culture.

We seek someone with at least 1 year in guest or customer service, strong communication, and a team-oriented, detail-minded approach. Ability to work in a 24-hour operation is a plus.

About You...

Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.

Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.

Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
