Hyatt Dream South Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Miami Beach team. You will be the face of Hyatt, handling guest check-in/out, answering inquiries, and promoting hotel services with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsibilities include processing payments, coordinating with other departments, and delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Overnight shifts may be required, with opportunities for growth within Hyatt’s renowned brand.

Dream South Beach is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join the team. Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we’d love to hear from you!
