Grove Bay is seeking a Front-of-House Supervisor for our fast/casual restaurant inside RDU Airport. You will oversee FOH operations, lead the team, and maintain guest service standards to create a positive dining experience.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team, coach staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs, including cash handling and day-to-day procedures. English fluency required and prior Grove Bay experience is a plus.

• Must be an A Player and endorsed by Management Team, Director of Operations, and Training Department
• Must have worked within venue or other Grove Bay restaurant for minimum of 4 months Prior
• Supervisor experience
• Multiple language abilities a plus; fluency in English is required

• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant – ensure the restaurant is showroom ready at all times
• Must work a minimum of six hours during the Supervisor shift

The Black and White Coffee team is seeking winning personalities to join the team in the RDU Airport!!

As the FOH Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast/casual restaurant inside RDU Airport. You will oversee the front-of-house (FOH) operations, supervise and lead the FOH team, and maintain excellent guest service standards. Your primary goal will be to create a positive dining experience for our guests while upholding the restaurant's policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the venue during shifts (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
• Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders
• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds
• Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
