Job summary

Grove Bay Concessions is hiring front-of-house staff for duties at Federal Hill inside TF Green Airport. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, and recommend menu items while communicating dietary needs to the kitchen.

Provide attentive service, ensure order accuracy, and assist with cleaning and upkeep of dining areas. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service including patience and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate food allergies or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and memorize menu details.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
