Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to mitigate theft and maintain safety
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a confident, energetic greeting
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with dress standards
• Stand and walk for extended periods while observing the store environment
