Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Stand at store entrances and exits, greet customers with a warm, confident demeanor and promote a sense of control and security.
• Identify suspicious activity and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Monitor high-risk areas and uphold safety and security standards throughout the shift.
• Train associates on shortage reduction programs and support store leadership in safety initiatives.
