Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to monitor store environment and analyze trends.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• Energetic greeting and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Engage with customers and associates with confidence, friendliness, and energy.
• Create a secure environment and uphold safety and security standards.
• Partner with store and field leadership on shortage-reduction programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and greet customers warmly at every interaction.
