• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and exits for the entire shift to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and confident presence.
• Create a secure environment and promote a sense of control and safety.
