Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and greet every customer entering or exiting.
• Monitor entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Collaborate with store leadership to uphold safety and security standards.
