Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, asset protection, loss prevention, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence at store entrances and high‑risk areas.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident welcome.
• Monitor for theft opportunities and report incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies and trainings.
• Help train associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
