Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to deter theft throughout the shift.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and eye contact.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag checks for associates and ensure safety and security standards.
