You will patrolling the entrance and high-risk areas, greeting customers with a warm smile, and actively reducing opportunities for theft while supporting a safe and welcoming shopping environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, confidentiality, and leadership in a fast-paced retail setting with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
• Monitor the entrance and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and keep the environment safe.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies and with store leadership.
