TJ Maxx at TJX Companies is seeking a frontline Loss Prevention Associate in Dayton, OH. You will help deter theft, protect the store, and maintain a safe shopping environment while assisting customers and coordinating with store leadership.

The role requires alertness, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods while wearing a uniform and a Body Worn Camera. Prior retail or security experience can be helpful, and TJX offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss or theft.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete company uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
