Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loss Prevention/Store Support role in Charlotte, NC. You will act as a visible deterrent, wear a body worn camera, and support store teams to protect customers and the Company brand.

Key duties include standing at the front of the store, greeting customers, responding to requests, and reporting suspicious activity. Prior retail or security exposure (0–2 years) is preferred, with competitive benefits and paid training available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss.
• Review the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Respond to customer requests and route to management.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with management.
