Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in West Springfield, MA seeks a Store Associate to contribute to loss prevention and customer service by maintaining a frontline presence and acting as a visual deterrent with a body worn camera.

You will support store management, greet customers, and refer requests via radio while upholding company policies and values. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, have 0-2 years of retail or security experience, and demonstrate initiative and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Acts as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
