University of Houston's Cullen Performance Hall seeks a position responsible for daily ticket office operations, ticket distribution, and Front of House event management for all Cullen Performance Hall productions. You will oversee ticket sales, seating, deposits, and financial reconciliation across multiple platforms, while coordinating staff and event logistics.

Experience in theater operations or box office management is preferred.

Qualificações

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent; Department may accept education in lieu of experience.
• Minimum of one year of directly job-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ticketing operations for Cullen Performance Hall events, including sales, seating, and deposits.
• Lead marketing and outreach programs for the venue and support event promoters.
• Generate and reconcile ticketing reports across platforms and verify attendance and revenue.
• Prepare, reconcile, and process daily deposits in compliance with policies.
• Maintain financial and ticketing records ensuring data consistency across reports.
• Oversee front of house operations: lobby setup, merchandise, ushers, staff coordination, and concessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to provide ticketing information and status updates.
• Handle complaints and ticket issues professionally and fairly.
• Maintain calendars, messaging, and ticket office information on websites and platforms.
• Oversee maintenance of ticketing equipment and oversee scheduling of staff and student workers.
• Perform other duties; education or experience may be substituted as needed.
