Job summary

Qualifications

• One or more (1+) years of related ticketing or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the ticket office and customer interactions.
• Organizes, manages, and completes special projects.
• Serves as the point of contact for student ticketing.
• Analyzes and interprets policies; develops and implements procedures.
• Manages season renewal process for all ticketed sports.
