Job summary

Wing Shack Longmont is hiring a Team Leader for Front of House. You’ll act as right-hand to the management team, helping run daily operations with high energy and guest focus.

You’ll lead and train staff, schedule shifts, onboard new hires, deliver outstanding service, manage inventory and cash handling, and help keep the restaurant clean and compliant. $18-19 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience.
• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in front-of-house service.
• Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in training and job description.
• Demonstrated leadership in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack's standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

The pay range for this role is:

18 - 19 USD per hour (Wing Shack Longmont)
