Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide the restaurant's guest service and operations. You will coach the Front of House team, model hospitality, and drive accountability and teamwork during daily shifts.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes delivering our CORE 4 standards, maintaining food safety, and creating a positive work environment that motivates Team Members to excel and grow as leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience as Front of House Team Leader at Chick-fil-A.
• Strong knowledge of Chick-fil-A Front of House operations and service standards.
• Must be available 2:00 PM–11:00 PM and weekends.
• Experience leading in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House operations during assigned shifts.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members.
• Set clear expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Communicate employee performance concerns and policy violations to the Leadership Team.
• Partner with leadership to ensure appropriate daily staffing and deployment.
• Drive tactical business results through daily and hourly objectives.
• Maintain respectful and considerate work environment.
