Chick-fil-A Destin, FL is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to support daily operations, coach teammates, and uphold service standards. This full-time role runs Monday-Saturday 2:00pm-11:00pm, with pay up to $20 per hour based on availability and experience.

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant's heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Front of House Team Leader:

• Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 2:00pm-11:00pm
• Pay: Up to $20/hr (depends on availability & experience)

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
