Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key position to lead front-of-house operations and support management in delivering our guest-focused dining experience. This role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and maintaining standards to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities include pre-opening checks, staffing oversight, and collaboration across departments to drive quality and customer satisfaction while supporting event, marketing, and financial activities.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant.
• Experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance).
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs.
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues.
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities.

Education

Certified in all front-of-house functions
