Qualifications

• Front-of-house leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage front- and back-of-house operations to ensure service quality.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards per company policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure readiness for service
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control and financial activities
