Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Key position to support front-of-house operations under direct supervision, ensuring high standards and a welcoming guest experience that evokes warm, old-world hospitality.

This role requires a leader with a 'whatever it takes' attitude, who can coach front-of-house staff, review staffing, lead pre-shift meetings, perform quality table checks and balance front- and back-of-house needs to deliver daily consistency and memorable moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Certified in all front-of-house functions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
• Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
• Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
• Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
• Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
• Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
