Puttery in Minneapolis seeks a Front of House Team Lead to supervise and elevate guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward venue. You will coach staff, coordinate shifts, ensure service standards, and uphold safety and quality across bar and dining areas.

Ideal candidates bring prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for delivering engaging, memorable guest moments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead by example.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations of the bar and service areas, including product control, quality assurance, and guest engagement.
• Assist in organizing and supervising shifts to maintain smooth service flow.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to team members.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively between guests, staff, supervisors, and management.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory and assist with product control as needed.
• Support company policies and uphold Puttery’s hospitality and safety culture.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
