Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club is seeking an experienced service leader to elevate food and beverage operations. The role oversees front-of-house staff—servers, bartenders, food runners, host team—across daily setup, service, and breakdown. A creative approach to trends and guest experience is valued.

You will participate in training and staff development and assume operation responsibilities as directed by management, with a strong focus on member satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3 years of serving and/or bartending experience.
• Knowledge of other front-of-house positions.
• Working knowledge of Jonas POS system is a plus.
• Preferred experience at high-end resort or country club.
