Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a seasoned service leader to elevate our food & beverage operations and deliver premier guest experiences in a luxury club setting.

You will supervise Ala Carte staff, train team members, and work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Director to maintain high service standards; you will also hire staff and cover MOD shifts in the Mansion.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisory experience in a luxury club or resort.
• Two years of serving experience in a luxury club or resort, including training of new servers.
• Experience using a Point Of Sale (POS) system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Ala Carte staff in cooperation and absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Director.
• Train and develop staff and assume responsibility for service and operations.
• Hire staff and cover MOD shifts in the Mansion; work with other supervisors within F&B.
• Open dining rooms, coach staff, ensure cleanliness and readiness of stations, and manage closing procedures.
