Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisory experience and two years of serving experience in a luxury club or resort, including training of new servers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Ala Carte staff in cooperation with the Assistant Food & Beverage Director.
• Hire and develop staff and assume responsibility for service and operations.
• Cover MOD shifts in the Mansion and supervise Wheelhouse Cafe staff.
• Coach and direct staff to maintain high service quality throughout peak hours.
