Ballpark Village in Saint Louis is seeking an FOH Supervisor to oversee daily operations of one or more outlets, ensure service standards, and enforce policies. You’ll manage staff, training, and safety compliance while driving guest satisfaction and revenue in a busy venue.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years’ restaurant management experience, and fluent English; hospitality studies are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant/nightclub or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Ensure staff is trained and certified and have the tools and equipment needed.
• Ensure guests are greeted on arrival and respond to guest complaints; implement service recovery guidelines.
• Assist in creating programs to market special menu items, increase sales and guest patronage; participate in marketing programs.
• Monitor restaurant performance via guest feedback and financial results; initiate corrective action as needed.
• Maintain procedures to secure inventory, money, and costs; participate in inventories.
• Aim to achieve revenues, control expenses and labor costs; assist in annual budget preparation.
• Ensure equipment is operational and cleaned; facilities are stocked as needed.
• Coordinate special events scheduled for the venue.
