Job summary

Wheelhouse - STL in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations and maintain high guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, event coordination, and on-site liaison with sales and leadership teams.

You will train FOH staff, ensure menu knowledge, optimize POS usage (Aloha) and maintain clean, organized service areas while managing weekend shifts and private parties. Health coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership of high-volume operations with poise and decisive judgment.
• Experience in training FOH staff and managing guest experiences.
• Ability to train and retain key team members capable of contributing to events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH service standards and train staff to uphold exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Sales and leadership on site to execute private parties and events.
• Liaise between Sales and leadership to ensure high-level event execution.
• Manage FOH inventory and ensure Expo and Server stations stay clean and organized.
• Schedule regular shifts including weekends and ensure coverage.
